Building Regulations Support
Building Regulations 2023 includes new duty holder responsibilities.
Under the new regime Building Control bodies are not permitted to provide design advice to duty holders.

We perform an initial design review highlighting any potential compliance issues and bring to your attention any additional information that we feel would be required to submit as part of a Building Control application.
Then, we will prepare a Building Regulations Compliance Report that will support the available design information in demonstrating compliance.
We can also provide a third-party expert inspection service to supplement the standard building inspector.
