Design and Project Management

Project Programme

Indicative programme prepared to provide initial keys dates, outlining project duration in line with Riba stages from interception to project completion.

2

Project Execution Plan

It is a document describing how, when and by whom a specific target or set of targets is to be achieved. These targets will include the project's products, timescales, costs, quality and benefits. It will do this by showing the major products, activities and resources required for the project.

3

Construction Quality

Quality means not only zero defects but right first time, delivery on time and to budget, innovating for the benefit of the client and stripping out waste, whether it be in design, materials or construction on site.
An effective quality management plan and system will help to achieve this.

4

Site Queries Resolution

Questions directed to the design team by the contractor (request for information) to clarify information in the Building Contract documentation or requesting information that was not complete when the Building Contract was agreed must be addressed in order to communicate directly with the construction team on site. These queries can include design clarifications (conflicts, incomplete plans, specifications), requests for a design change (often due to errors in construction, sequencing problems), requests for substitutions (value engineering, material availability, ease of use), constructability issues, and varying site conditions.

5

Construction Programme Monitoring

Progress monitoring in construction projects is crucial to determine progress discrepancies between as-planned and as-built status and to take corrective actions in a timely manner. Inefficient and inaccurate progress monitoring are considered as two major factors accounting for time and cost overruns in construction projects.

Advanced Building Design

We design and analyse complex structures using Building Information Modelling (BIM), generating and managing information about a building during its entire life cycle.

We build a model using three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building-modelling software. We develop a coordinated digital description of every aspect of the built asset, including drawings and specifications.

All different stakeholders have access to the central model, enabling project participants from all disciplines such as architects, facility managers, M&E engineers, and structural engineers to coordinate their work.
